Verdict

A gorgeous coastal postcard — scarf, sun, sea shimmer, thirteen CSS animations — ruined by one transform bug. The wheels are told to rotate, but that animation replaces the translate that positions them, so both wheels slide from their axles toward the SVG origin and snap back once per cycle; mid-ride, the bicycle has no wheels at all. The crank never turns, and the legs rotate a full 360° around the hip while the pedals stay still. The wing does reach the handlebar, the body sits on the saddle, and a click pauses the scene.
